Prepare For 2023 With Create Fabrics

2022 has come to an end and we are now looking forward to what the New Year has in store for us all. Whether your New Year’s resolution is big or small we have made your interior worries easier by compiling a list of the top 4 fabric trends to watch out for in the upcoming year.

1. Patterns

Many of us are becoming more and more adventurous as the years progress and that begins with our interiors. Over the next year we will see an increase in bold and bright patterns, layers of different textures and prints. Ultimately, more spaces that express our personalities. Explore our range of patterned fabrics here.

2. Velvet

2022 brought the return of the 70’s with a big focus on velvet furnishings. Well for all you velvet lovers out there, you’re in luck, the velvet revolution is here to stay! Create a unique interior with our wide range of plain and patterned velvets that are sure to turn heads. We recommend taking a look at our Phoenix collection, a simple yet bold pattern on a gorgeous soft velvet material that will help to take any space to new heights.

3. Deep Pinks

We are due to see a rise in deep pink interiors according to Pantone in 2023. As mentioned earlier, we are beginning to take more risks and bright pink interiors are at the top of most people’s lists. Be inspired by our Bologna fabric, a gorgeous deep magenta eco leather, perfect for all general upholstery.

4. Dulux’s colour of the year 2023

Wild Wonder, a soft gold with green undertones, is Dulux’s colour of the year for 2023. A major trend for the New Year is embracing nature and natural earthy colours. There will be an increase in interiors being inspired by the natural world, more wooden furnishings with glowing positive tones. Embrace this trend with a range of glowing golds from our collections.

We wish you all health and happiness entering the new year and can’t wait to see all of your creations over the next 12 months. Happy New Year!
